Pseudo-mexican coffee

Ingredients

3Sticks (3-inch) cinnamon
1Vanilla bean; split lengthwise
¾cupGround dark roast coffee
10cupsWater
½cupWhipping cream
1tablespoonDark brown sugar
Coffee liqueur

Directions

Place cinnamon in coffee pot. Scrape in vanilla seeds and add pod. Brew coffee with 10 cups water. Whip cream to soft peaks. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Pour coffee into cups; add liqueur to taste. Top with cream.
