Grilled vegetable marinade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Lemon juice
½ cup Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic; minced
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
teaspoon Basil; oregano or thyme
teaspoon Hot chili oil or cayenne pepper powder
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Whip olive oil into lemon juice and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a jar that has a lid. Prepare your vegetables according to the Grilled Vegetables recipe and prepare the grill. As the vegetables cook on the grill, brush repeatedly with this mixture. Shake the mixture before each brushing.

Yields: ¾ cup
