Directions

Combine Oil, Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Pepper, Sugar, Dillweed, Basil& Tarragon in A Medium Bowl, Mixing Well. Add Remaining Ingredients; Toss Well. Cover & Chill. Use A Slotted Spoon To Serve.
