Crisp sweet slaw

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Shredded cabbage
½ cup Chopped green pepper
¼ cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Cider or apple juice
1½ tablespoon Vegetable oil
4 packs EQUAL
½ teaspoon Celery seed
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper

Combine slaw ingredients together. Whisk together dressing ingredients.

Pour over slaw, toss to blend. Refrigerate until served.
