Yum yum cake #2

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons Baking soda
2 cups Crushed pineapple
1 cup Sugar
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 can (small) evaporated milk
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Pecans
1 teaspoon Vanilla

ICING

From: Pam and KerryAnn Cobb <priss@...> Date: Mon, 5 Aug 1996 04:44:49 -0500 Mix all ingredients together, bake in a large sheet cake pan at 350 about 20 minutes or until a golden brown.

Icing: Boil sugar, butter and milk for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add coconut, pecans, and vanilla. Mix well, pour on hot cake.
