Roselands' cornflake cookies

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Butter
4 ounces Sugar
1 \N Egg
6 ounces Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ cup Mixed dried fruit

From: "Beth J. Katcher" <katcher@...> Date: 30 Jun 1995 08:58:38 -0500 Okay, this doesn't use up much of your cereal, but it does taste great! Cream butter and sugar, add egg and cream again. Add flour, baking powder and mixed fruit. Mix well. Roll teaspoonfuls in lightly crushed cornflakes.
