Corn flake macaroons

Yield: 14 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Egg whites
1 cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Coconut
2 cups Corn flakes
½ cup Nuts or whole salted Spanish peanuts, chopped

Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Fold in sugar gradually. Add flavoring, coconut, corn flakes and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until delicate brown: 8-12 minutes. Makes 36 cookies.
