Corn flake nut cookies

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 Egg whites
2 cups Corn Flakes
1 cup Nuts; chopped
1 cup Sugar

Add salt and vanilla to egg whites and beat stiff. Gradually beat in sugar.

Fold in Corn Flakes and chopped nuts. Drop by big spoonful on greased baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from pan at once. Yields about 3 dozen.
