Mum's cornflake cookies

Yield: 24 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
½ cup Firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup All-purpose flour
2 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes crush
\N \N Ed to 1 cup
1 teaspoon Ginger

Cream butter and sugar.Fold in flour,cornflakes and ginger.Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.Let stand 5 minutes and remove cookies from sheet to cool.

Suggestions; Use a combination of cinnamon,nutmeg and cloves in place of ginger.
