Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Shortening |
| 1 | cup | Sugar, granulated |
| 2 | Egg, or egg substitute | |
| 2 | cups | Flour, all-purpose |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon, ground |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Oatmeal, (Quick or old fashioned, uncooked) |
| 1 | cup | Raisins |
| 1 | cup | Pecans |
Directions
Cream sugar and shortening. Add beaten eggs and dry ingredients. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Watch to see the bottoms don't burn.
