Roslyn's oatmeal raisin cookies(c)

1cupSugar, granulated
2Egg, or egg substitute
2cupsFlour, all-purpose
1teaspoonBaking soda
½teaspoonCinnamon, ground
¼teaspoonSalt
2cupsOatmeal, (Quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1cupRaisins
1cupPecans

Directions

Cream sugar and shortening. Add beaten eggs and dry ingredients. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Watch to see the bottoms don't burn.
