Peach dessert salsa

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Peaches; ripe
⅓ cup Coconut; grated
⅓ cup Golden raisins -OR- Dried cherries
2 tablespoons Orange juice concentrate-OR-
2 tablespoons Grand marnier liqueur
1 tablespoon Mint, fresh; chopped

"...perfect served over ice cream, sherbet, toasted pound cake or yougrt cheese."

Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients.
