Peach dessert \"salsa\"

cupCoconut; grated
cupGolden raisins -OR- Dried cherries
2tablespoonsOrange juice concentrate-OR-
2tablespoonsGrand marnier liqueur
1tablespoonMint, fresh; chopped

Directions

"...perfect served over ice cream, sherbet, toasted pound cake or yougrt cheese."

Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients.
