⅓ cup | Coconut; grated |
⅓ cup | Golden raisins -OR- Dried cherries |
2 tablespoons | Orange juice concentrate-OR- |
2 tablespoons | Grand marnier liqueur |
1 tablespoon | Mint, fresh; chopped |

Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients.
