Peachy salsa

Ingredients

cup Cilantro, lightly packed
2 cups Peaches, peeled & diced
2 cups Tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 pinch Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Olive oil
2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
Cayenne, to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor & process for a few seconds. Serve immediately over hot, fresh pasta or refirgerate until ready to serve.
