Peach ginger salsa

¼cupSliced green onions
2teaspoonsSugar
2teaspoonsCider vinegar
1teaspoonMinced peeled fresh ginger
teaspoonSalt
Dash of fresh ground pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Chill Serve over poultry, pork or fish.
