Peach sundae

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 eaches Peaches
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Water
½ cup Corn syrup; light
\N \N Red food color

Pare and slice peaches in thin slices. Make syrup using 2 c. sugar, 1 c. water, ½ c. light corn syrup, color a pale pink. Cool syrup, add peaches. Put ice cream in sherbet glasses and cover with peach mixture. Serves 8.
