Mom's best meat loaf

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Lean ground beef |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | each | Egg, lightly beaten |
| ¾ | cup | Soft bread crumbs |
| 1 | medium | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped green pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ketchup |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Prepared horseradish |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground allspice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dill weed |

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients; mix well. Press into an ungreased 8½" x 4 ½" x 2 ½" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
