Grandma's meat loaf

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground round or sirloin
1 each Egg
1 cup Bread crumbs, plain
¼ cup Catsup
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Mix all ingredients well. Place in bread pan lined with plastic wrap.

Press to form a firm loaf. Turn pan over onto a wire rack in a baking dish. Pour 2 tbsp. catsup over the top of the meat loaf. Place 2 or 3 strips of bacon across the top. Bake at 350 deg f for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes approxamately 8 servings.
