Mom's best meatloaf

1 | cup | Milk |

¾ | cup | Soft bread crumbs |
1 | medium | Onion; chopped fine |
1 | tablespoon | Green pepper; chopped fine |
1 | tablespoon | Ketchup |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Prepared horseradish |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Allspice; ground |
1 | teaspoon | Dill weed |
\N | \N | Additional ketchup |
In lge. bowl, combine first 12 ingreds.; mix well. Press into 8 x 1 x 2" loaf pan. Bake at 350~ for 1 hr. Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 15 min. more or until no pink remains.
