Mom's best meatloaf

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef; lean
1 cup Milk
1 \N Egg; slightly beaten
¾ cup Soft bread crumbs
1 medium Onion; chopped fine
1 tablespoon Green pepper; chopped fine
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Allspice; ground
1 teaspoon Dill weed
\N \N Additional ketchup

In lge. bowl, combine first 12 ingreds.; mix well. Press into 8 x 1 x 2" loaf pan. Bake at 350~ for 1 hr. Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 15 min. more or until no pink remains.
