Best ever meat loaf

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Eggs
½ cup Milk
2 teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
3 slices Fresh bread crumbled
1 \N Onion chopped
½ cup Grated carrot
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
1½ pounds Extra lean ground beef
¼ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Ketchup
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, pepper and bread. Beat until bread disintegrates. Add onion, carrot, cheese and beef. Mix well.

Pack into 9" X 5" loaf pan.

Combine brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Spread over meat loaf.

Bake 350* for 1 hour; let stand 10 mins. Remove from pan. Serve hot or cold.
