Kikkoman barbecue beer steak

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Beef sirloin steak |
| About 3/4\" thick | ||
| 1 | can | Beer (7 oz) |
| 1 | each | Onion, finely chopped |
| ½ | cup | Kikkoman Soy Sauce |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Place steak in plastic bag. combine remaining 4 ingredients; pour over steak. Press air out of bag; tie top securely. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight; turn bag over occasionally. Place steak on grill 4 to 5 inches from hot coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, for rare or to desired doneness.
