Beer barbecued flank steak

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2.00 can Consomme
⅔ cup Soya sauce
½ cup Green onion, chopped
6.00 tablespoon Lime juice
4.00 tablespoon Brown sugar
1.00 \N Clove garlic, crushed
2.00 large Flank steaks
2.00 cup Beer

Combine first 6 ingredients and pour over steaks in a dish. Pour beer over all and let marinade 24 hours. Barbecue over medium heat until done to your liking. To serve, slice thinly across the grain. Source: Eaton's Great Canadian Recipe Challenge 1993 : Pg. 62
