Beer b-b-q'd flank steak

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Consomme
⅔ cup Soya sauce
½ cup Green onion, chopped
6 tablespoons Lime juice
4 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 Clove garlic, crushed
2 larges Flank steaks
2 cups Beer

Combine first 6 ingredients and pour over steaks in a dish. Pour beer over all and let marinade 24 hours. Barbecue over medium heat until done to your liking. To serve, slice thinly across the grain.
