Teriyaki steak

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Sherry extract
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
2 teaspoons Honey
1¼ pounds Boneless beef steak fat removed

In a shallow pan combine marinade ingredients. Add steak and marinade for several hours. Preheat broiler or grill, broil or grill meat, basting occasionally until done to taste.

Per serving: 38g protein, 9g fat, 5g carb., 1464mg sodium, 103mg cholesterol, 270 calories.
