Korean barbecue beef

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sirloin steak; boneless
¼ cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
½ teaspoon Sesame seeds
½ teaspoon Crushed garlic
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 large Green onion; chopped
2 tablespoons Cooking wine
1 tablespoon Sugar
\N \N Sesame oil; for frying

Slice beef into ⅛-inch thick strips. Mix soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and next 5 ingredients in shallow glass bowl. Add beef.

Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Stir-fry beef in additional sesame oil in wok for 5 to 10 minutes or until beef is brown.
