| 1 | large | Green onion; chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cooking wine |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| Sesame oil; for frying | ||
Directions
Slice beef into ⅛-inch thick strips. Mix soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and next 5 ingredients in shallow glass bowl. Add beef.
Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Stir-fry beef in additional sesame oil in wok for 5 to 10 minutes or until beef is brown.
