Barbecue beef

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Wesson Oil
1 pounds Ground Beef
1 \N Lge Onion; chopped
1 \N Green Bell Pepper; chopped
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 cup Catsup
¼ teaspoon Cloves
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt

Brown meat in oil until crumbly but not hard. Add remaining ingredients and cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve on a bun.
