Teriyaki flank steak barbecue

Ingredients

¾cupVegetable oil
¼cupSoy sauce
¼cupHoney
2tablespoonsCider vinegar
2tablespoonsScallions or chives
1Clove garlic, minced fine
teaspoonGround ginger

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Marinate a flank steak for four hours, turning once. Grill over a charcoal fire. Slice thinly and serve.
