Korean steak marinade

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 Cloves
1 teaspoon Ginger, freshly grated
3 tablespoons Sherry
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Catsup dashes
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
2 Green onions, chopped (with green)
1 tablespoon Sesame oil drops garlic, crushed (large cloves!) tabasco (or hot oil or cayenne) Liquid Smoke (if not to be charcoal grilled)

Marinate for half an hour and grill, basting with marinade if desired. *-* I've marinated T-bones and beef kabobs in this, and grilled 'em on the Farberware indoor grill in the dead of winter (using the drops of Liquid Smoke). Tasted like a slice of summer! ;}}} For outdoor grilling, just omit the Liquid Smoke.
