Yield: 6 servings
|6 \N||Sirloin steaks|
|¼ cup||Brown sugar|
|1½ tablespoon||Grainy mustard|
|1 tablespoon||White vinegar|
|1 \N||Onion, finely chopped|
|1 \N||Bay leaf|
Combine all ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes, cool.
Pour mixture over steaks. Let stand 1 to 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
Barbecue until golden brown on both sides.
