Irish cream beverage mix

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Powdered sugar |
| ½ | cup | Irish cream liqueur |
| ½ | cup | Vanilla ice cream; softened |
| ¼ | cup | Margarine or butter; softend |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
In blender or food processor with metal blade, combine all ingredients.
Cover; blend at medium-low speed until smooth. Pour into freezer container.
Freeze at least several hours before using. To serve, stir 2 level tsp of mix into 6 oz hot coffee. Mix can be stored in freezer for several months.
Makes 1-⅔ cups mix.
