|1½ cup||Blended Irish whiskey|
|1 teaspoon||Pure vanilla extract|
|1 tablespoon||Instant coffee|
|1 can||Evaporated milk|
|1 can||Sweetened condensed milk|
Combine whiskey, vanilla, and coffee and blend in blender. Add milks and blend for 1 minute. Add eggs and pulse stir (use lowest speed on blender and turn on-off about eight times) just until smooth and not thick. Makes about 4 cups.
