Irish cream (extra rich)

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Blended Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Instant coffee
1 can Evaporated milk
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
6 Eggs

Combine whiskey, vanilla, and coffee and blend in blender. Add milks and blend for 1 minute. Add eggs and pulse stir (use lowest speed on blender and turn on-off about eight times) just until smooth and not thick. Makes about 4 cups.
