2 | eaches | Garlic cloves, peeled |
2 | eaches | Bay leaves |
6 | eaches | Black peppercorns |
4 | eaches | Mustard seeds |
2 | eaches | Onion slivers |
½ | cup | Canola oil, or olive oil |
Directions
Place first 5 ingredients in any jar that holds ½ cup. Pour canola oil over top. Cover. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 4 days before using. Keeps up to 2 weeks ONLY. MUST be refrigerated.
