Dip for poached shrimp

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Or
2 slices Fresh ginger root
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Vinegar
4 tablespoons Soy sauce

1. Mince ginger root; then blend well with remaining ingredients.

2. Serve in a dip dish. VARIATION: For the ginger root, substitute ½ teaspoon horseradish.
