Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Cream cheese |
8 ounces | Shrimp, 150 - 200 count, raw |
½ cup | Yellow onion; finely chopped |
½ cup | Tomato; finely chopped |
¼ cup | Jalapeno peppers; finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | Garlic juice |
Combine all ingredients and heat in a baine-marie (hot bath or double boiler ) for 1 hour.
Best served with large dipping Fritos.
Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
