Hot shrimp dip

Ingredients

2poundsCream cheese
8ouncesShrimp, 150 - 200 count, raw
½cupYellow onion; finely chopped
½cupTomato; finely chopped
¼cupJalapeno peppers; finely chopped
1tablespoonGarlic juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients and heat in a baine-marie (hot bath or double boiler ) for 1 hour.

Best served with large dipping Fritos.

Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
