Hot shrimp dip

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 2 | pounds | Cream cheese |
| 8 | ounces | Shrimp, 150 - 200 count, raw |
| ½ | cup | Yellow onion; finely chopped |
| ½ | cup | Tomato; finely chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Jalapeno peppers; finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic juice |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and heat in a baine-marie (hot bath or double boiler ) for 1 hour.
Best served with large dipping Fritos.
Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
