Hot shrimp dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Cream cheese
8 ounces Shrimp, 150 - 200 count, raw
½ cup Yellow onion; finely chopped
½ cup Tomato; finely chopped
¼ cup Jalapeno peppers; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic juice

Combine all ingredients and heat in a baine-marie (hot bath or double boiler ) for 1 hour.

Best served with large dipping Fritos.

Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
