Shrimp (or crab) dip

Ingredients

| 1 | can | Condensed tomato soup |
| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese |
| 1½ | Envolope Knox gelatin | |
| ½ | cup | Cold water |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1½ | cup | Diced celery |
| ½ | cup | Diced onion |
| 1 | pounds | Cooked shrimp ( I use the already cooked canned small ones; drained and rinsed) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
Directions
Bring undiluted soup to boil. Add cream cheese and heat until melted.
Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to hot soup. Let cool. Use a wisk and blend in mayonnaise. Add other ingredients. Grease a mold with a little mayonnaise and put mixture in mold and chill for several hours. Serve with crackers.
You can also add some hot sauce if you prefer a hotter version. This is also good make with imitation crab.
