Shrimp (or crab) dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Condensed tomato soup
8 ounces Cream cheese
1½ \N Envolope Knox gelatin
½ cup Cold water
1 cup Mayonnaise
1½ cup Diced celery
½ cup Diced onion
1 pounds Cooked shrimp ( I use the already cooked canned small ones; drained and rinsed)
½ teaspoon Seasoned salt

Bring undiluted soup to boil. Add cream cheese and heat until melted.

Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to hot soup. Let cool. Use a wisk and blend in mayonnaise. Add other ingredients. Grease a mold with a little mayonnaise and put mixture in mold and chill for several hours. Serve with crackers.

You can also add some hot sauce if you prefer a hotter version. This is also good make with imitation crab.
