Yield: 1 Servings
|1 can||Condensed tomato soup|
|8 ounces||Cream cheese|
|1½ \N||Envolope Knox gelatin|
|½ cup||Cold water|
|1½ cup||Diced celery|
|½ cup||Diced onion|
|1 pounds||Cooked shrimp ( I use the already cooked canned small ones; drained and rinsed)|
|½ teaspoon||Seasoned salt|
Bring undiluted soup to boil. Add cream cheese and heat until melted.
Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to hot soup. Let cool. Use a wisk and blend in mayonnaise. Add other ingredients. Grease a mold with a little mayonnaise and put mixture in mold and chill for several hours. Serve with crackers.
You can also add some hot sauce if you prefer a hotter version. This is also good make with imitation crab.
