Shrimp (or crab) dip

Ingredients

1canCondensed tomato soup
8ouncesCream cheese
Envolope Knox gelatin
½cupCold water
1cupMayonnaise
cupDiced celery
½cupDiced onion
1poundsCooked shrimp ( I use the already cooked canned small ones; drained and rinsed)
½teaspoonSeasoned salt

Directions

Bring undiluted soup to boil. Add cream cheese and heat until melted.

Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to hot soup. Let cool. Use a wisk and blend in mayonnaise. Add other ingredients. Grease a mold with a little mayonnaise and put mixture in mold and chill for several hours. Serve with crackers.

You can also add some hot sauce if you prefer a hotter version. This is also good make with imitation crab.
