Cranberry salad #4

1 | pack | Cherry Jello |
1 | cup | Hot water |
1 | pack | Unflavored gelatin |
small | Amount of cold water | |
1 | cup | Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | cup | Pineapple juice |
1 | cup | Raw cranberries; ground (you can substitute cranberry sauce) |
1 | cup | Orange; ground |
1 | cup | Crushed pineapple; drained |
1 | cup | Celery; chopped |
½ | cup | Walnuts; chopped |
Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water. Dissolve Jello in hot water; add softened gelatin. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Stir well, add remaining ingredients and chill. Goes well with turkey and dressing.
Serves 8.
