Cranberry salad #4

Ingredients

1packCherry Jello
1cupHot water
1packUnflavored gelatin
smallAmount of cold water
1cupSugar
1tablespoonLemon juice
1cupPineapple juice
1cupRaw cranberries; ground (you can substitute cranberry sauce)
1cupOrange; ground
1cupCrushed pineapple; drained
1cupCelery; chopped
½cupWalnuts; chopped

Directions

Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water. Dissolve Jello in hot water; add softened gelatin. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Stir well, add remaining ingredients and chill. Goes well with turkey and dressing.

Serves 8.
