Cranberry salad #4

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Cherry Jello
1 cup Hot water
1 pack Unflavored gelatin
\N small Amount of cold water
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cup Pineapple juice
1 cup Raw cranberries; ground (you can substitute cranberry sauce)
1 cup Orange; ground
1 cup Crushed pineapple; drained
1 cup Celery; chopped
½ cup Walnuts; chopped

Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water. Dissolve Jello in hot water; add softened gelatin. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Stir well, add remaining ingredients and chill. Goes well with turkey and dressing.

Serves 8.
