Cherry cranberry salad

Yield: 16 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Gelatin powder -- cherry
1 cup Sugar
2 cups Water -- boiling
1 can Crushed pineapple in juice
\N \N Undrained
3 cups Cranberries fresh or freeze
\N \N Chopped
1½ cup Apple -- diced
1 cup Celery -- chopped
1 cup Walnuts -- chopped

In a large bowl, combine gelain and sugar. Add water; stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Stir in pineapple, cranberries, apple, celery and walnuts. Pour into 2 qt. serving bowl; chill until firm, 3-4 hours. Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
