Quick cranberry salad

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
3cupsWhole; fresh or frozen cranberries
¾cupSugar
2⅓cupMiniature marshmallows
1can(8 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple; drained
½cupChopped nuts
1cupWhipping cream

Directions

Put cranberries in food processor and chop coarsely(frozen berries chop best). Add sugar and chill for at least 2 hours. Then add marshmallows, pineapple, and nuts. Whip cream and fold into cranberry mixture. (can use whipped topping like Cool Whip). Spoon into bowl. Cover and refrigerate or freeze. Serves 6-8
