Quick cranberry salad

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Whole; fresh or frozen cranberries |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 2⅓ | cup | Miniature marshmallows |
| 1 | can | (8 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple; drained |
| ½ | cup | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | cup | Whipping cream |
Directions
Put cranberries in food processor and chop coarsely(frozen berries chop best). Add sugar and chill for at least 2 hours. Then add marshmallows, pineapple, and nuts. Whip cream and fold into cranberry mixture. (can use whipped topping like Cool Whip). Spoon into bowl. Cover and refrigerate or freeze. Serves 6-8
