Quick cranberry salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Whole; fresh or frozen cranberries
¾ cup Sugar
2⅓ cup Miniature marshmallows
1 can (8 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple; drained
½ cup Chopped nuts
1 cup Whipping cream

Put cranberries in food processor and chop coarsely(frozen berries chop best). Add sugar and chill for at least 2 hours. Then add marshmallows, pineapple, and nuts. Whip cream and fold into cranberry mixture. (can use whipped topping like Cool Whip). Spoon into bowl. Cover and refrigerate or freeze. Serves 6-8
