Measure | Ingredient |

3 cups | Whole; fresh or frozen cranberries |
¾ cup | Sugar |
2⅓ cup | Miniature marshmallows |
1 can | (8 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple; drained |
½ cup | Chopped nuts |
1 cup | Whipping cream |
Put cranberries in food processor and chop coarsely(frozen berries chop best). Add sugar and chill for at least 2 hours. Then add marshmallows, pineapple, and nuts. Whip cream and fold into cranberry mixture. (can use whipped topping like Cool Whip). Spoon into bowl. Cover and refrigerate or freeze. Serves 6-8
