Yield: 8 Servings
|1||Box (large) strawberry jello|
|1 can||(large) crushed pineapple; drained|
|1 carton||(8-oz) sour cream|
|⅓ cup||Chopped nuts|
|1 can||Whole-berry cranberry sauce|
Mix cranberry sauce with gelatin which has been dissolved in 2 cups boiling water. Drain pineapple & fold in gelatin mixture, sour cream & nuts. Fold well & pour into mold or pan. When set, cut into squares & place on lettuce leaf & top with whipped topping if desired, or eat as a dessert.
