Chinaberry salad

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Cooked chicken, diced | 
| 1 | cup | Celery, chopped | 
| 1 | cup | Pineapple tidbits, drained | 
| 1 | can | (1lb) chinese vegetables, drained | 
| 1 | bunch | Scallions, sliced | 
| Lettuce, or cabbage leaves | ||
| 1 | cup | Cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry) | 
| 1 | cup | Prepared low-calorie Italian style dressing | 
Directions
In a large bowl, mix chicken, celery, pineapple, chinese vegetables and scallions.  Spoon mixture innto salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves. In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce and dressing until smooth and well blended. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat all pieces. Makes 8 serving. Approx 164 calories per serving.
