Yankee fruit salad

Ingredients

| 1 | can | (20-oz) crushed pineapple | 
| 1 | pack | (3-oz) lemon gelatin | 
| 1 | can | (2-oz) pimiento; chopped | 
| 2 | packs | (3-oz) cream cheese | 
| ½ | cup | Chopped celery | 
| ⅔ | cup | Chopped nuts | 
| 1 | pinch | Salt | 
| ½ | cup | Cream; whipped | 
Directions
Bring pineapple to boil. Add gelatin and cool. Beat cheese until smooth. 
Stir into pineapple. Add celery, pimiento and nuts. Fold in cream. Pour into 2-quart mold. Chill 24 hours.
