Cherry and cranberry relish salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 pack (3 oz.) cherry jello
½ cup Sugar
3 cups Boiling water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
3 cups Fresh cranberries
1 Orange; quartered and seeded
1 cup Diced celery
½ cup Chopped walnuts

Directions

Dissolve all gelatin in the 3 cups of boiling water and sugar. Add lemon juice and undrained pineapple. Chill until partially set. Put cranberries and orange through meat grinder. Fold into gelatin mixture along with celery and nuts. Put all into mold and set until firm.
