Bing cherry salad #2

Ingredients

| 1 | can | (17-oz) pitted Bing cherries; drained |
| 3 | packs | (3-oz) cherry-flavored gelatin |
| 1 | Envelope unflavored gelatin | |
| ½ | cup | Cold water |
| 3 | packs | (3-oz) cream cheese; softened |
| 1 | can | (20-oz) crushed pineapple |
| 2 | Bottles (6-oz) Cola beverage | |
| Chopped nuts (optional) | ||
Directions
Heat cherry juice and dissolve cherry gelatin in this. Add unflavored gelatin to ½ cup cold water; add to hot gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved. Mash cream cheese and add to warm mixture. Add 1 cup each of cherries and undrained pineapple. Chill slightly. Add remainder of cherries and pineapple. Add cola beverage, and nuts, if desired. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
