Creanberry salad

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Water |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Unflavored gelatin |
| ½ | cup | Cold water |
| 4 | cups | Raw cranberries; ground |
| 1 | medium | Orange with rind; ground |
| 1 | cup | Chopped celery |
| 1 | cup | Chopped nuts |
Directions
Cook sugar and 1 cup water to make a thin syrup. Add gelatin which has been soaked in ½ cup cold water; stir until dissolved; cool. Add other ingredients; pour into an 8-cup mold and chill. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
