Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Sugar |
1 cup | Water |
2½ tablespoon | Unflavored gelatin |
½ cup | Cold water |
4 cups | Raw cranberries; ground |
1 medium | Orange with rind; ground |
1 cup | Chopped celery |
1 cup | Chopped nuts |
Cook sugar and 1 cup water to make a thin syrup. Add gelatin which has been soaked in ½ cup cold water; stir until dissolved; cool. Add other ingredients; pour into an 8-cup mold and chill. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
