Creanberry salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Water
2½ tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
½ cup Cold water
4 cups Raw cranberries; ground
1 medium Orange with rind; ground
1 cup Chopped celery
1 cup Chopped nuts

Cook sugar and 1 cup water to make a thin syrup. Add gelatin which has been soaked in ½ cup cold water; stir until dissolved; cool. Add other ingredients; pour into an 8-cup mold and chill. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
