Creanberry salad

Ingredients

2cupsSugar
1cupWater
tablespoonUnflavored gelatin
½cupCold water
4cupsRaw cranberries; ground
1mediumOrange with rind; ground
1cupChopped celery
1cupChopped nuts

Directions

Cook sugar and 1 cup water to make a thin syrup. Add gelatin which has been soaked in ½ cup cold water; stir until dissolved; cool. Add other ingredients; pour into an 8-cup mold and chill. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
