Bing cherry delight salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (17-oz) pitted Bing cherries; drained
1 can (20-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
3 packs (3-oz) cherry-flavored gelatin
1½ cup Boiling water
1½ cup Boiling pineapple juice
1½ cup Boiling cherry juice
⅔ cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ \N Envelope unflavored gelatin
⅔ cup Ice water

Drain cherries and pineapple. Dissolve fruit-flavored gelatin in boiling water and juices. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in ice water and add to boiling mixture. Stir to dissolve. Let chill to consistency of unbeaten egg white. Add cherries and pineapple just before it congeals. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
