Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | Dark sweet cherries; pitted |
1 can | Pineapple chunks |
1 \N | Egg; beaten |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
1 dash | Salt |
½ cup | Sour cream |
½ cup | Pecan pieces |
1 cup | Miniature marshmallows |
Drain cherries & pineapple, reserving ¼ cup combined juices. Combine egg, fruit juice, lemon juice, sugar & salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick. Remove from heat & fold in sour cream. Cool. Combine with cherries, pineapple & pecans. Chill at least 1 hour after combining ingredients. Shortly before serving, add marshmallows.
