Heat oil in skillet. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended. Form into patties (6 to 8). Saute patties on each side until brown (2-4 minutes per side, depending on thickness). Drain, serve in buns as you would hamburgers, with appropriate accompaniments.
