| 1 | cup | Plain bread crumbs |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Your favorite burger buns | ||
| Sliced tomatos; relish, catsup; etc. | ||

Heat oil in skillet. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended. Form into patties (6 to 8). Saute patties on each side until brown (2-4 minutes per side, depending on thickness). Drain, serve in buns as you would hamburgers, with appropriate accompaniments.
