|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|1 pack||Taco seasoning|
|1 can||Tomatoes with green chiles (Rotel)|
|1 can||Cheddar cheese soup or pasteurized process cheese|
Brown ground beef & drain. Add taco seasoning & water according to package directions. Simmer until all liquid is absorbed. Mix & heat tomatoes & Cheddar cheese. Serve open-faced on plates, layering buns, hamburger mixture, cheese and then lettuce.
