Ricky's pound cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Plain flour
1 cup Self-rising flour
1 cup Milk
2¾ cup Sugar
1 \N Stick butter
½ cup Crisco (shortening)
2 teaspoons Vanilla
5 \N Eggs

Mix all ingredients together. We bake this in one of those old Bundt pans that has been buttered and floured (I'd rather use cooking spray, but Ricky insists on using butter and flour when he makes it). Bake at 300 degrees for 1½ hours. This is definitely not low calorie or low fat! We love to top it with strawberries and whipped cream.
