Ingredients

¼cup(to1/2) buttermilk
4teaspoonsCanola oil
1cupNonfat yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a loaf pan with pam and set aside.

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another.

Combine the two, a bit at a time, beating well after each. Pour into pan and bake 50-60 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan, th Per serving:
