Red wine rosemary marinated grilled flank steak

Ingredients

| 4 | Sprigs fresh rosemary | |
| 4 | Sprigs fresh thyme | |
| 2 | Bay leaves | |
| 1 | small | Onion; coarsely chopped |
| 4 | Cloves garlic; coarsely chopped | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | Flank steak; (2 pound) | |
| Salt and fresh ground pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
1. Place the wine, rosemary, bay leaves, thyme, onion, garlic, and olive oil in a large shallow baking dish and stir to combine.
2. Add the steak and turn to coat both sides.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Heat the grill, remove the meat from the marinade, season on both sides with salt and pepper and grill 6-7 minutes on each side.
5. Let sit 5 minutes and slice against the grain.
